Prof Sherley Louis is an Inclusive Education and Sensory Inclusion Strategist dedicated to transforming environments where neurodivergent children learn, grow, and belong. Through her BECOME: Sensory Inclusion Climate framework, she guides schools, families, and communities in designing regulation-friendly spaces that embed sensory support across entire environments — not just isolated rooms. As the host of Beyond Behavior, a podcast for parents and educators navigating neurodivergent support, Prof Sherley bridges research, lived experience, and practical strategy. Her work spans inclusive school design, educator empowerment, and community advocacy — building a world where every child feels understood, regulated, and included.
