Who we are

What we collect

• Free guide form: your name, email, role, type of setting and the services you are interested in. Optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, city and country, the senses and groups you support, a short message, preferred contact time, and how you heard about us.
• Contact form: your name, email, organisation (optional), topic and message.
• Source information: which QR code or link brought you to the guide form, so we know what is working.
• Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To send you the guide you asked for and to reply to your enquiry.
• To follow up about the Sensory Walk-Through, training, consultation or updates, only where you asked for them or agreed to be contacted.
• To understand which materials and events bring people to us.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Our legal basis

We process your information with your consent (the tick box on our forms) and to respond to requests you make to us. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We use service providers to run the website: hosting and database servers, email delivery, and workflow automation used to send follow-up messages. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and guide-request records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise them. Ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to stop marketing messages. Email contact@sherleylouis.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. See also our Data Protection (UAE PDPL) page.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are limited to what is needed for the site to work.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
