Prof. Sherley’s teaching career consisted of being the founding inclusion instructor and English as a Second Language Instructor (TESOL) at the first college preparatory boarding school in Florida. This led to her being selected first by the “United Teachers of Dade” (Florida, USA) and then by the “Alpha Delta Kappa International Honorary Organization for Women Educators” (USA), alongside a few exceptional educators, to provide best practices in language instruction, STEM training, and professional development sessions to students, teachers, and staff overseas.
