Her entrepreneurial ventures include K&S International, where she pioneered IoT-based automation for the South Asian QSR industry, and leadership in inclusive vocational education at MyMaximus, Dubai – creating meaningful employment pathways for People of Determination.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Kavitha is a passionate advocate for diversity and sustainability. As UAE Country Chair for the G100 Oneness & Wisdom Wing, she champions inclusive leadership and conscious growth.
